1) Using our site
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.
2) What we do
We design and sell ATV electrical parts and kits—wiring harnesses, switches, LED lighting—plus simple accessories.
3) Orders & marketplaces
- Amazon orders: Amazon’s terms, shipping, and returns apply. Start returns in your Amazon account.
- Direct orders (if offered on our site): The Shipping/Returns/Warranty sections below apply.
4) Prices & availability
Prices, SKUs, and availability may change without notice. Obvious errors may be corrected or orders refunded.
5) Fitment, installation, and use
Check model/year before purchase. Installation is your responsibility. Some lighting may be off-road only depending on local law.
6) Shipping (direct orders)
- U.S. addresses only.
- Processing: typically 1–2 business days; carrier and speed shown at checkout.
- Tracking sent by email. Report damage/missing items to support@geniland.com within 7 days of delivery (include photos).
7) Returns & refunds (direct orders)
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: new, unused, original packaging.
- Not returnable: cut/modified wiring, damaged items, opened consumables (e.g., fuse packs), custom kits.
- Start at returns@geniland.com with order #, reason, photos; we’ll send steps and, if approved, a label.
- Refunds: to original payment method 7–10 business days after inspection. Exchanges if stock allows.

8) Limited warranty
- Harnesses, switches, LED lights: 12 months from delivery.
- Consumables (e.g., fuses, small hardware): 90 days.
- Covers defects in materials/workmanship under normal use.
- Excludes: incorrect install, misuse, water ingress from unsealed installs, accidents, alterations, competition/racing abuse.
- Remedy: repair, replacement, or refund (our choice). Keep proof of purchase.
- Start a claim at warranty@geniland.com with order #, description, photos.
9) Intellectual property
Site content, logos, product names, and documentation belong to GENILAND or licensors. Don’t copy/reuse without permission. Third-party brand names are for fitment reference only; no affiliation unless stated.
10) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., downtime or lost use). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11) Accessibility
We aim to make the site usable for everyone and to work toward WCAG 2.1 AA. If you have trouble, email accessibility@geniland.com with the page, issue, and device/browser.
12) DMCA notice

13) Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver
- Governing Law: New Mexico law and applicable U.S. federal law.
- Arbitration: You and GENILAND agree that any dispute or claim relating to the site, products, or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
- Venue/Format: Albuquerque, New Mexico, or remote/tele-arbitration by agreement.
- Small-claims carve-out: Either party may bring an individual claim in New Mexico small-claims court if it qualifies.
- Class-action waiver: No class or representative actions. The arbitrator may decide your claim only.
- Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@geniland.com within 30 days of your first purchase or use of the site, with your name, email, and a clear statement opting out.
- Injunctive relief: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary relief in court to protect IP or confidential information.
- Severability: If the class-action waiver is unenforceable, arbitration doesn’t apply and the dispute will proceed in court in New Mexico.
